The lack of an elevator, which meant carrying luggage up to the first floor.

The location couldn't be better, with the metro station nearby providing easy access to the main train stations and the port for island visits. The room was well-designed and had excellent sound isolation, ensuring a peaceful stay. The manager was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and assistance throughout the stay.
Finding the hotel could be a bit tricky for first-time visitors to the Piazza Dante area.
